Classic Cocktails


Moonshine Martini

4 raspberries and a slice or ginger 

50ml of Rawberry

10ml simple syrup 


crush raspberries and ginger and pour  Rawberry in then stir well.

Strain pulp and pour over ice 

Top with favourite lemonade 

Garnish with 2 raspberries 


The French 75

25ml of Rawberry 

½  lemon juice, freshly squeezed

2 bar spoons (10ml) simple syrup

80ml Champagne (or other sparkling wine)

lemon twist

Add the Rawberry, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a Champagne flute.

Top with the Champagne.

Garnish with a lemon twist.


Moscow mule

50ml original moonshine

crushed ice

150-200ml ginger beer

½ a lime 

Fill a Moscow Mule mug (or highball glass) with ice, then add the Moonshine and lime juice.

Add the ginger beer.

Garnish with a lime wheel.


The Bee’s Knee’s 

50ml of original Moonshine 

20ml  lemon juice, freshly squeezed

25ml honey syrup

lemon twist

Add Original Moonshine, lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.

25ml of fresh Lime Juice 

150ml of Pineapple Juice 

10ml Berry Syrup 

Add in Original Moonshine, Spiced Rum, Lime Juice and ice then shake. Strain into glass with ice and pour Berry Syrup over top

Rawberry Mojito Sharer

9-10 strawberries

2 limes , chopped

2 tbsp granulated sugar

2 mint sprigs , leaves picked


350ml Rawberry Moonshine 

600ml sparkling water

Rawberry Kiss

High ball 

2 large fresh strawberries, sliced

15ml lemon juice

15ml maple syrup

Muddle well (crush everything in glass)

Then add 60ml Rawberry 

Splash of soda water 

Fresh strawberry, for garnish

Club Clover

Martini glass 

60ml Rawberry 

3/4 ounce lemon juice

1/4 ounce raspberry syrup

1 large egg white

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Shake well the strain into glass

Boozy Gummy Bear

Daiquiri glass or Highball

Granulated sugar, for rimming

30ml blanco tequila

30ml watermelon liqueur

30ml Rawberry 

25ml sour mix

25ml cranberry juice

1 dash grenadine

Moonshine Sangria Sharer


2 oranges , chopped

2 pears , chopped

2 lemons , 1 chopped, 1 juiced

200g red berries ,

 chopped (we used strawberries and raspberries)

3 tbsp caster sugar

1 tsp cinnamon


750ml bottle light red wine

100ml Rawberry Moonshine 

300ml sparkling water

Hawaiian Lava Moon

Hurricane or high all glass 

30ml  light rum or coconut Rum 

30ml Rawberry 

2 ounces strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Blend an pouring into glass 

Clean blender then add rest of ingredients 

1 small banana

60ml coconut cream

60ml unsweetened pineapple juice

1 cup ice

Pineapple wedge, garnish

1 teaspoon orange curaçao liqueur

Add ice

60ml Rawberry 

Stir for 30 seconds

Nutty Moonshine

50ml apple pie

25ml coffee liqueur

15ml green apple schnapps Squeeze fresh lemon juice (10ml) Shake with ice, strain in glass
